Kwelanga Country Retreat welcomes you to a world of tranquility. Kwelanga Country Retreat is situated on the coastal highland near George, providing sweeping views across the Indian Ocean. Accommodation Accommodation offered consists of a range of freestanding log cabins, each one with its own private deck and stunning sea views. The inviting atmosphere of each cabin is an invitation to each guest to enjoy their stay just one day longer. All cabins are fully air-conditioned, and equipped with self-catering kitchenettes and comfortable, private bathrooms. The lodge has a large open-plan lounge / bar area, together with Ove’s Restaurant, which extends out onto a large wooden deck overlooking unspoilt coastal bush and astonishing sea view, allowing for outdoor dining when the weather is fine. We serve anything from breakfast, light lunches and a la carte dinners and buffet menus. The large covered barbeque area at the swimming pool is an ideal venue for any formal or informal get-togethers. Braai can be done by yourselves or by our very experienced chef.
